The Supply Register is proud to be working alongside Wade Deacon Trust who are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their schools immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA paying £110 per day.

As an HLTA in Halewood you will play an important role within the classroom, supporting teachers and pupils with their learning and development. You will have the opportunity to support lessons, lead learning activities and provide high-quality learning support to pupils.

‍ The Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teachers with the delivery of lessons

Leading learning activities and lessons when required

Providing one-to-one and small-group support

Supporting pupils with their reading, writing and numeracy

Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence

Managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment

Supporting pupils with their day-to-day learning and development

Working closely with teachers and other school staff

Helping to ensure pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning

⭐ Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HLTA in Halewood who can make a positive difference to pupils' learning and development.

Experience as a:

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Teaching Assistant (TA)

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Classroom Support Assistant

Experienced Education Support Worker

would be beneficial.

✅ Requirements

Previous experience working within a school or educational setting

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA

Ability to support and deliver learning activities

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A caring, patient and supportive approach

A genuine passion for supporting children and education

Ability to work effectively as part of a school team

A fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service
