🌟 The Opportunity

An established and growing specialist marketing agency is looking for a bright, ambitious Junior Account Executive / Client Services Assistant to join its expanding team.

This is not a traditional administration role. It's an opportunity for someone who wants to build a genuine career in client services, account management and marketing, with exposure to clients from day one.

Working closely with a Senior Account Director, you'll become their right hand, helping manage client communications, coordinate projects and ensure everything runs smoothly.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Supporting day-to-day client communications
Managing incoming client requests
Coordinating projects, deadlines and deliverables
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Supporting Account Directors across client accounts
Preparing materials for meetings and presentations
Keeping projects on track and following up on actions
Building strong relationships with clients
Taking ownership and looking for ways to add value🎓 A degree in Marketing, Business or Communications would be useful, but isn't essential.
