Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Leicester
Up to £30,000 + Commission
Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment? We’re looking for a motivated, sales-focused individual to join a successful recruitment team in Leicester.
Recruitment experience isn’t essential – we’re more interested in your sales ability, drive and personality!
You’ll be:
Making outbound calls and developing new business
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Working towards targets and earning commission
Learning from an experienced and supportive team
Building a long-term career in recruitment
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous sales experience
Is confident on the phone
Is driven, competitive and target-focused
Has a great attitude and wants to progress
Up to £30k + commission | Leicester | Excellent career progression
