Role title: Tender Manager

Role: Tender Manager

Support and coordinate pre-qualification, bid management, and tender submission activities, ensuring high-quality and compliant proposals.
Develop and manage bid schedules, key deliverables, and submission requirements to meet customer deadlines.
Lead bid collaboration activities, engaging stakeholders across Cyclife, subsidiary companies, and the wider supply chain.
Identify, brief, and manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other contributors, ensuring timely and effective input throughout the bid process.
Oversee the development and review of bid responses, driving high-quality submissions that maximise scoring opportunities.
Facilitate tender submissions through the Cyclife Governance Process, ensuring all approvals and compliance requirements are met.

Training and Qualifications:

Exemplary Bid Project Management Record - Essential

Commercial Understanding/Experience- Essential

Degree or Equivilant - Essential

10 years + in nuclear sector (or similar highly regulated industry) - Essential
