Quality Analyst

We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst for a six-month contract based in Belfast.

Job Description

Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
Lead structured problem-solving initiatives (8D, RCCA) with key stakeholders
Analyse root causes and implement effective, sustainable corrective actions
Monitor progress to ensure actions are completed and deliver the expected results
Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore and maintain operational stabilityQualifications

You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
You have solid experience in problem solving within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
You are proficient in structured methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, and root cause analysis
You are collaborative, proactive, and strongly results-oriented
You are comfortable operating in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
