About Us:

We are a global recruitment company supplying temporary, contract and permanent workers to our clients. In the UK we employ 130+ people across 17 locations who support in the placement of around 4000 people per week.

We are in a phase of rapid growth and expansion/ This role is a new position within the business, and we want to work with and develop great people who advocate our culture, our values, and deliver exceptional performance. What You'll Be Doing

Supporting key client accounts and ensuring staffing requirements are met
Building relationships with candidates and workers
Coordinating interviews, inductions, and onboarding activities
Managing attendance, compliance, and worker records
Working closely with the recruitment team to attract and place talent
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or account support desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
A proactive and positive attitude
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Confidence in building relationships with people at all levels
