Recruiting now for a Stock Controller on a temporary to permanent basis

About the Stock Controller role:

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Temporary to permanent role
• Based in West Swindon (SN5)
• £13.50 - £13.70 per hour
• Immediate start

Key Responsibilities for the Stock Controller role:

• Review of system generated reports to ensure physical and actual stock levels remain synchronised so that integrity of stock counts is maintained.
• To achieve the daily/weekly PI counting schedule
• Liaise with management regarding all aspects of inventory control
• To control the stock returned to the depot
• To assist with stock related customer queries and conduct investigations if required to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager.
• Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks)

Experience / Skills required for the Stock Controller role:

• Previous experience in a stock control or inventory role
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes.
• Experience using WMS/ERP systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Current Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
