The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial performance and day-to-day running of the Castleford store.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team

Driving sales, KPIs, conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity

Using commercial data to identify opportunities and create clear action plans

Setting high standards and holding the team accountable for performance

Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Managing stock, rotas, compliance and loss prevention

Leading recruitment, onboarding, coaching and ongoing development

Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation

About You

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or senior Assistant Manager with a strong commercial mindset and plenty of personality.

You'll ideally have:

Experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, footwear, outlet or high-volume retail

A proven track record of delivering against sales and retail KPIs

Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills

The confidence to have honest performance conversations and drive accountability

A hands-on approach and the energy to work in a fast-paced store

Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills

A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
