This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER Advisor to join a National organisation based in the Midlands for a 6 month interim role.

This role will be primarily working from home with occasional site visits to support with complex cases and team meetings.

Description

The role of ER Advisor will involve working as part of a wider ER team, reporting to a Senior ER Manager, this role is a busy, fast-paced opportunity playing a critical role in the success of this prestigious organisation.

The duties will include but not limited to:

Provide expert HR support on a wide range of ER matters including complex cases
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to facilitate the early resolution of employee relations issues
Deliver training programs for managers and employees on ER topics
Provide support on organisation change projects such as restructures and organisational changeProfile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.

Critically you will have experience at management high-volume and complex ER caseloads including restructures and organisational change projects.

Job Offer

6 months Interim

Hybrid working - mostly home based with occasional travel to site

Up to £60000
