Location: Newark-on-Trent (Hybrid / Remote)
Salary: £13,600-£20,400 (Depending on hours per week)
Job Type: Part-time, permanent (20-30 hours per week, including weekend shifts)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week - rotational shifts between 05:30-22:00, Monday-Sunday

Join our client's friendly team as a French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, where you'll provide outstanding 1st line technical support to clients in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities for the role of French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

Provide 1st line technical support to key clients in both French and English
Log and manage incidents using CRM and ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions over the phone or via email
Escalate more complex issues to 2nd line support when required
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting SLAs for resolution and response times
Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly
Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfactionRequired Skills & Experience for the role of French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Flexibility to work rotational shifts across weekdays and weekends
Clear, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
Experience in a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk role is advantageous but not essential - full training is providedEmployee Benefits
