Location: Coventry, CV7
Pay: £13.73 – £15.19 per hour
Shifts: Fixed Days or Fixed Nights
Elevation People Solutions are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Coventry.
This is a long-term opportunity offering fixed shifts, structured pay progression and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.
Pay & Progression

• Starting rate: £13.73 per hour
• After 4 weeks: £14.15 per hour*
• After 12 weeks: £15.19 per hour*
• Night shift: Additional £10 per shift
• Pay increases are subject to meeting performance criteria, with reviews taking place at 4 and 12 weeks.

Fixed Shifts
Days:
Monday–Thursday, 06:30–15:30
Friday, 06:30–12:30
Nights:
Sunday–Wednesday, 20:00–06:30
Plus £10 per night shift worked
Shifts are fixed – there is no requirement to rotate between days and nights.
The Role as a Assembly Operative:
Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you will:

• Assemble timber products for the construction industry
• Use hand and power tools, including hammers and nail guns
• Follow production instructions and work to achievable targets
• Complete basic quality checks
• Work safely and effectively as part of a team

What We're Looking For in a Assembly Operative:
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, construction or joinery would be beneficial, full training is provided.
You should be reliable, comfortable with physical work and confident using hand tools or willing to learn.
