Groundworks freelance site manager required, with general groundworks experience for a freelance role in Bradford. Working on behalf of a civils and groundworks contractor, this opportunity is due to last 8 weeks and will involve general groundworks on a new build industrial unit.

Manage and enforce health and safety
Keeping detailed records for health and safety
Subcontractor management

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Strong admin/paperwork skills
Groundworks experience including paving, piling and drainage
Good organisational and planning
