Healthcare Assistant

We are supporting a well-regarded 50-bedded nursing home based just outside of Worcester that is looking to recruit dedicated Healthcare Assistants. Both day and night shifts are available for full-time positions.

Role Details:

• Position: Healthcare Assistant
• Location: Just outside of Worcester
• Hours: Full-Time – Days & Nights available
• Rate: Up to £13 per hour (paid breaks included)
• Setting: Nursing Home – Elderly Care

About the Healthcare Assistant Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living needs and wellbeing. The home has a warm, professional atmosphere, with a supportive management team focused on staff development and maintaining excellent standards of care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a care setting is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting older adults.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
