Responsibilities include:

Providing person-centred care, including personal care and daily support.

Administering medication within your training, assessed competency and the service’s procedures.

Completing medication records and care notes accurately.

Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Reporting changes or concerns to the person in charge.

You will need:

Previous professional care experience.

Current medication training, with certificates available.

Good communication and record-keeping skills.

A reliable, compassionate approach.

The right to work in the UK.

Willingness to complete our registration and compliance checks.
