Location: Strood, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Our client, based in Rochester, Kent, is seeking a reliable and organised Supply Chain Administrator to join their busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop a long-term career with a successful company.

The Role

Working within a busy office environment, you will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and wider Administration teams. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers and clients while ensuring accurate processing of information and documentation.

Key duties will include:

• Dealing with customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
• Handling general office and administrative duties
• Updating and maintaining CRM systems
• Producing and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Preparing documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Processing forms and documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Supporting various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience within an office environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Good English and Maths skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous
• The ability to carry out numerical calculations accurately
