Warehouse Administrator

Proactive Global is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of a well-established, family-owned business based in Flitwick.

This varied role combines warehouse administration with practical support on the warehouse floor. You’ll help keep orders, stock movements and collections running smoothly, working closely with warehouse colleagues and other departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Releasing e-commerce orders for picking.
• Printing production and pallet despatch labels.
• Organising and fulfilling stock replenishments.
• Liaising with hauliers to coordinate daily collections.
• Acting as a key contact for the warehouse team.
• Communicating with other departments about deliveries and production issues.
• Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies.
• Supporting picking and packing using handheld scanners.
• Operating powered pallet trucks where required.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and accuracy.

What you’ll need:

• Previous warehouse or logistics administration experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A proactive, positive approach and willingness to support practical warehouse tasks.

Powered pallet truck (PPT) experience or a licence would be an advantage.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30, with a 14:45 finish on Fridays

You must be able to drive and have access to transport due to the location.
