Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A London Quantity Surveying consultancy with an esteemed client base is looking to add a personable and articulate Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to the team, having secured further work.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside high-profile private clients, delivering luxury residential, hotel and commercial projects.

With support from Director and Associate-level Quantity Surveyors, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will provide pre and post contract services, including elements of project management and contract administration.

This role would be ideal for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to work on luxury building projects, take on greater responsibility and develop further in a client-focused role.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
High end residential / private residential project experience
A good, sociable, professional, confident character

£40,000 - £50,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
2-3 days working in the office
