A Local Authority in Devon is seeking an experienced ASB & Safeguarding Officer to join the team on a full-time maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and safeguarding cases.
• Work closely with Police, Local Authorities and partner agencies.
• Prepare and issue CPWs, CPNs and Acceptable Behaviour Contracts.
• Lead multi-agency meetings to resolve community safety issues.
• Prepare evidence bundles and attend court proceedings when required.
• Provide specialist advice on ASB and safeguarding matters.

Essential Experience

✅ Managing complex ASB and safeguarding cases
✅ Preparing CPWs, CPNs and enforcement documentation
✅ Multi-agency working with Police and partner organisations
✅ Court attendance and evidence preparation
✅ Local Authority or Housing background preferred
