The opportunity – SourceCo Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a nationwide distribution company based in Worcester who are currently looking for a Transport Office Clerk to join their team.

Hours of work

Monday-Friday (Apply online only) (working every other Saturday with day off in week)

Pay - £12.71ph

Start date - Immediate starts available
Location – Worcester, WR3
Job type - Temporary ongoing vacancy that may lead to a permanent role for the successful candidate.

What does the Transport Office Clerk role involve?

Print and prepare route paperwork, including delivery schedules, manifests, and shipping labels, for drivers.
Organize and distribute administrative documents to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Maintain accurate records of shipment details, invoices, and delivery receipts in both physical and digital formats.
Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to confirm delivery routes and schedules.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery statuses.
Monitor and restock office supplies, including printing materials and shipping forms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations in all documentation.
Assist in tracking and reporting transportation metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required: Previous experience as a Transport Co-Ordinator is beneficial.
