One minute you’ll be designing an incredible tailor-made journey - from the Canadian Rockies to the temples of Bhutan. The next, you’ll be bringing it to life, ensuring every detail is perfect for your client.

Travel & Operations Consultant - Duties:
• Designing unforgettable luxury tours and tailor-made itineraries worldwide
• Managing a portfolio of guided and private tours from initial enquiry to departure
• Meticulously managing bookings to ensure every tour is 100% accurate and seamless
• Booking luxury hotels, flights, upgrades, private transfers, airport parking, insurance - all those crucial extras that elevate a trip
• Liaising with our global suppliers and partners to secure the best for your clients
• Being the go-to expert, ensuring every single detail is in place before your client travels
Travel & Operations Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Proven sales and operations experience from a travel agency or tour operator
• Genuine passion for travel and worldwide knowledge
• A natural people-person who loves giving outstanding customer service
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Someone who thrives in a busy, supportive retail environment and is happy to be office-based - hybrid considered after probation.
