The Role: Sitting at a dedicated workbench, you will be responsible for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires to create complex automotive looms.
Ideal Skills: High manual dexterity, excellent attention to detail, and experience using hand-crimping tools.
Mechanical Assembler Bishops Stortford
The Role: Working on a fast-paced production line assembling components.
Ideal Skills: Confident using manual hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers, wrenches) and the ability to thrive under targets.
Medical Machine Assembler Bishops Stortford
The Role: High-precision assembly work conducted inside a sterile cleanroom environment.
Ideal Skills: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles. High focus on quality and cleanliness protocols.
