Groundworker

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a social housing maintenance contractor covering Leeds and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out a range of external repairs, groundwork, drainage, concreting, fencing, and paving works across tenanted and void properties.

This role requires a customer-focused individual with experience working in occupied homes and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship whilst maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilites

Carry out reactive and planned external repairs to social housing properties.
Complete groundwork and reinstatement works including:
Flagging and paving repairs
Kerbing works
Concrete repairs and paths
Tarmac patching
Drainage repairs and installations
Excavation and trenching
Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and boundary structures.A CSCS card is required and ideally an NVQ level 2 in groundworks. A van and fuel card will be provided.
