About the Role
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting for Poly Operatives to join a busy heavy industrial production site in Darley Dale.
This is an opportunity to work within the Poly Plant, supporting production operations and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping.

Heavy industrial production environment.
Hot and dusty working environment.
Full PPE and specialist respiratory protection required and provided.
Candidates must be comfortable wearing a face mask/respiratory protection as part of the role.
Full site induction and training provided.
PPE and workwear provided on site.

The Role
Working within the Poly Plant production area.
Supporting the production process and working to production schedules.
Monitoring feedstock and production materials.
Carrying out routine production, quality and equipment checks.
Completing batch cards, check sheets and production records.
Following operating procedures and strict HSE requirements.
Completing scheduled E-Stop checks and CILs.
Reporting faults, defects and non-conformances.
Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Working as part of a team to maximise production and minimise downtime.
Previous production, manufacturing, recycling or heavy industrial experience is desirable.
Shift Pattern & Pay
8-hour shifts
£16.00 per hour – Day & Night Shifts Rotating
Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 / 22:00-06:30 (Friday night shift is 20:00-04:30)
Temp to perm available for the right candidate with the right attitude
