Floorlayer

We are recruiting an experienced Floorlayer to work across social housing properties throughout Leeds. The role will involve carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance works, and void property refurbishments. You will be working in both occupied and empty properties, delivering high-quality flooring installations and repairs while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Install, repair, and replace a variety of floor coverings including:
Vinyl flooring
Cap & Cove
Safety flooring
Wet room flooring

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a Floorlayer within social housing, domestic repairs, or maintenance environments.
Skilled in fitting vinyl, safety flooring, cap & cove, and wet room systems.
Experience working in occupied properties.
Ability to carry out floor preparation and sub-floor repairs.
CSCS card
NVQ level 2 FLoorlayng ideally but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence.
