Location: Hull

Pay: £20.00 – £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)

Contract: 3–6 months (with extension potential)

An opportunity has opened up for a practical Recovery Coordinator in Hull. If you're passionate about harm reduction and community support, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Deliver one-to-one interventions and manage comprehensive care plans.

Monitor and support clients engaged in Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST).

Deliver active harm reduction advice, safe disposal education, and Naloxone distribution.

Carry out Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening, championing Hepatitis C testing and rapid treatment pathways.

Lead structured alcohol therapy interventions to support reduction and abstinence goals.

Advocate for service users across local support and healthcare networks.

What you need: Solid recovery sector experience, valid enhanced DBS, and UK Right to Work.
