Reach Truck FLT Driver / Line Feeder | Belper | Immediate Starts

Location: Belper, Derbyshire (DE56)

Pay: £15.79 - £18.79 per hour

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Temp-to-Perm

Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Reach Truck FLT Drivers / Line Feeders for a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Belper.

Immediate starts are available following successful registration, licence verification and site induction.

Due to site location own transport is essential.

Pay & Shifts

Morning: 06:00 - 14:30 | £15.79 per hour

Afternoon: 14:30 - 23:00 | £17.76 per hour

Nights: Sunday 20:30 - 06:00 and Monday to Thursday 23:00 - 06:00 | £18.79 per hour

Candidates must be flexible to work shifts as required by the client.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

Valid D2 Reach Truck certification, OR
Valid D1 Reach Truck certification stating a test height over 10 metres
Minimum 12 months' Reach Truck driving experience
Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution experience
Good understanding of FLT and warehouse Health & Safety
Reliable attendance and good timekeeping
Flexibility to work required shiftsOwn transport is advantageous due to shift times.

Main Responsibilities

Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
Line feeding production areas with materials and components
Moving pallets, stock and finished products
Loading and unloading goods
Stock replenishment and inventory control
Completing daily FLT safety checks
Supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations
Following Health & Safety and quality procedures

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

Confident and safe Reach Truck operation
Stock handling and movement experience
Attention to detail and stock accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork
Safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
