On-site Coordinator

We're looking for an Onsite Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy onsite account, working closely with our client and temporary workforce.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, people-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
Assisting with workforce management and worker engagement.
Processing weekly payroll and maintaining accurate records.
Monitoring attendance and workforce KPIs.
Building positive relationships with workers and client contacts.
Handling worker queries and resolving issues.
Supporting operational meetings and account administration.
Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
Confidence using Microsoft Office.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
