Project Supervisor

An experienced Project Supervisor is required to oversee works within a live, critical data centre environment in Slough. You'll supervise a data centre migration programme alongside CCTV replacement works, coordinating contractors and engineers while maintaining safe, compliant delivery.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires strong site supervision and coordination to ensure project activities are completed with minimal disruption to critical operations.

The Role

As the Project Supervisor, you'll:

Supervise daily project activities within a live data centre environment.
Oversee data centre migration activities in line with approved procedures.
Supervise CCTV replacement, installation and commissioning works.
Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and specialist contractors on site.
Manage access, permits, RAMS, isolations and planned works with stakeholders.
Monitor programme progress and escalate delays, risks or technical issues.
Complete site inspections to monitor safety, quality and compliance.
Liaise with data centre operations teams to minimise disruption to critical infrastructure.
Support testing, commissioning, documentation and project handover activities. About You

To be successful as the Project Supervisor, you'll have:

Project or site supervision experience within data centres or critical environments.
Experience with migration, infrastructure replacement or technology upgrade projects.
Experience supervising CCTV installation, replacement or security system works.
Strong understanding of working within live operational data centre environments.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, engineers and specialist contractors.
Good knowledge of RAMS, permits to work and site health and safety.
Ability to interpret project drawings, programmes and technical documentation.
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills. What's in it for You?
