My client are a high end residential developer based in Ipswich they are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join them
The ideal candidate would have worked in a customer service department for a Housing Association or Property Developer previously
Day to day duties:
Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls from home owners
Logging & tracking defects and defect resolution
Dealing with complaints
Booking in internal engineers to carry out works
