UPVC Carpenter

Pay: £41,200.00 per year

Job Description:

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Social Housing Contractor to recruit a UPVC Carpenter for permanent role - undertaking work across South West London.

The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties:

• Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave
• Internal and External window repairs
• Fit UPCV doors and windows
• Lock renewals
• Snagging Works
• Logging works via PDA
• Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driver’s Licence
• Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential
• 2+ years’ experience within a similar trade role

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Lunch Break
