About the Role

The Contracts Manager - Roofing & Cladding will oversee projects from planning through to completion, keeping work on programme, controlling costs and maintaining standards on site.

Candidate Background

Experience as a Contracts Manager within industrial roofing, cladding or building envelope contracting.

Strong knowledge of cladding systems, installation methods and site delivery.

Experience managing several projects and coordinating site teams.

Good commercial awareness, with the ability to control costs and programmes.

A practical approach to solving problems and communicating with clients.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regional projects.
