Location: Thatcham - with travel to sites
Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: CompetitiveWe are seeking a dedicated Site Operative to join our Clients team, supporting the Site Manager in carrying out specialist structural and masonry repairs across a variety of properties and structures throughout the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a practical background in construction, who is comfortable using power tools and eager to learn specialist repair techniques.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

Assist the Site Manager in the safe and efficient completion of structural and masonry repair projects.
Perform specialist repair and maintenance work on various properties and structures, adhering to company procedures and safety standards.
Operate power tools and other equipment competently, including drills and grinders.
Install specialist structural repair systems
Comply with all health and safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a construction site or practical construction environment.
Confident in using hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of construction site safety.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to undertake training in specialist structural repair systems.
UK Driving licence
Desirable: CSCS Card, experience in masonry or structural repair, and familiarity with construction machinery.Benefits:
