Are you an experienced Finance Broker looking for your next opportunity within a growing brokerage?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Finance Broker to join a growing and ambitious brokerage based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Broker to utilise their existing skillset within a supportive and expanding business.

The role could also suit an experienced Broker or sales professional from a similar B2B sales environment, who is confident building relationships, generating new business and working towards sales targets.

Qualifications

Essential:

Previous experience as a Finance Broker, Broker or within a similar B2B sales environment

Proven experience within sales, business development or account management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confident working towards targets and financial KPIs

A proactive and driven approach to generating new business

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively

Desirable:

Previous experience within commercial finance, asset finance, business finance or a similar financial services environment

Existing knowledge of finance products and lending processes

Experience working with lenders and managing client applications

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales and lead generation

Understand client requirements and identify suitable finance solutions

Liaise with lenders to source appropriate finance products and secure competitive options for clients

Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion

Prepare and maintain accurate client and compliance documentation

Build strong relationships with lenders, clients and internal teams

Work towards and exceed individual sales and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system

Requirements

As Finance Broker, you will also be expected to:

Be commercially driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential

Have a confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and lenders

Be proactive, organised and able to work independently

Thrive in a fast-paced and growing business environment
