Core Group is Hiring – Experienced Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a client project in Burford.

Job Details:

Location: Burford
Pay Rate: £260–£280 per day
⏰ Hours: 07:30 start
Duration: Ongoing work
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

CSCS & SSSTS / SMSTS

Proven experience as a Site Manager

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

Good communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage site operations and workforce effectively

2 checkable references

Available to start immediately

Duties:

Manage the day-to-day running of the site

Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site operatives

Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times

Monitor site progress and ensure works remain on schedule

Liaise with the client, contractors and workforce

Organise site activities and coordinate deliveries where required

Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are maintained

Conduct site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks where required

Keep site records and relevant documentation up to date

Identify and resolve any issues that may affect progress

Ensure the site is kept safe, clean and organised
