EYFS Higher Level SEN Teaching Assistant

I'm working with a lovely primary school in Chatham with a supportive staff team, looking for an experienced HL Teaching Assistant to join them immediately.

This is a trauma-informed SEMH setting, so the school needs someone who is resilient, patient and confident managing challenging behaviour, while understanding that behaviour is often a form of communication. Previous SEN/SEMH TA experience is essential.

Looking for a strong and nurturing HL Teaching Assistant who can provide structure, consistency and engaging support for pupils with SEMH needs.

This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who genuinely wants to make a difference in the classroom and have a positive impact on children's education. The school has a really lovely team around you and is looking for people who share that same passion.
