What’s on Offer

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
5% annual performance bonus
Salary progression:
£1,000 increase at 12 months

As a WCA Functional Assessor, you will:

Conduct face-to-face, video, and telephone assessments
Assess how conditions impact daily living and functional ability
Use strong clinical judgement, active listening, and critical thinking
Produce detailed, high-quality reports for submission to the DWP
Review and evaluate medical evidence
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical teamIs This Role Right for You?

NMC-registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
HCPC-registered Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists
Minimum 12 months UK post-registration experience
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
