Internal Sales Executive

You'll also have the opportunity to travel to the company's impressive European HQ offices as part of your onboarding.

The Role:
Proactively contacting decorators, interior designers, architects, contractors and distributors to generate new sales opportunities and develop existing customer relationships
Follow up inbound enquiries and campaign leads, qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the Field Sales team
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers
Reconnect with inactive customers and develop new opportunities
Support customers with sample requests and first orders
Work closely with the UK Sales and Customer Experience teams to develop the sales pipeline
Keep Salesforce and SAP updated with customer activity, contacts and opportunities
The Person:
You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for drive, personality and the ambition to build a career in sales!
You could come from:

Telesales or lead generation
Customer service or a call centre environment
A sales support or commercially focused role
Another customer-facing role where you've developed strong communication skills
You'll must be confident speaking to people, comfortable picking up the phone, motivated by targets and keen to learn and develop. An interest in interiors, architecture or design would be a real bonus.
