Maintenance Electrician

Up to £42,000 | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a market-leading Facilities Management provider on a large commercial site in the North of the UK.

This is a permanent position working on a long-standing PFI contract. You'll be joining a small, established engineering team, so the client is looking for someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working collaboratively with others.

The Role

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)

Complete PAT testing

Undertake general electrical maintenance and fault finding

Support reactive maintenance across the site

Assist the wider engineering team as required

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Complete relevant maintenance records and compliance documentation

Very occasional overtime

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

AM2 qualification

18th Edition

2391 Inspection & Testing desirable

Previous commercial maintenance experience

Strong fault-finding ability

Good communication skills

Reliable and team-focused approach

Salary up to £42,000
