We are seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering surveys, inspections, and planned maintenance projects across the region. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out property inspections and condition surveys.
Diagnose building defects and recommend remedial works.
Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and reports.
Manage contractors and monitor quality on site.
Oversee planned maintenance, refurbishment, and compliance projects.
Support disrepair cases, void properties, and capital investment programmes.
Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
About You:
Experience within social housing, local authority, consultancy, or residential property sectors.
Strong knowledge of building construction, repairs, and maintenance.
Ability to manage projects from survey through to completion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
