Bracknell | £30,000 basic + uncapped commission | £50,000 first-year OTE

Are you an experienced B2B salesperson who enjoys prospecting, presenting solutions and closing new business?

We’re recruiting for an established and growing eLearning software provider based in Bracknell. They are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to join their supportive, successful and high-performing sales team.

This is a complete new-business sales role in which you’ll generate your own opportunities, respond to inbound enquiries, deliver engaging software demonstrations and close new clients.

You’ll receive comprehensive product and sales training, with the opportunity to begin earning commission during your training period.

First-year OTE is approximately £50,000, increasing to £60,000 in year two and £80,000+ in year three. Top performers within the business are earning more than £100,000.

• £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission with an approximate first-year OTE of £50,000 - Commission available during your training period

What you’ll be doing

• Generate new-business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email and other prospecting methods
• Respond to inbound enquiries generated through the company’s website
• Speak with business decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges
• Deliver engaging online demonstrations of the company’s software
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to close
• Prepare proposals, overcome objections and negotiate agreements
• Close initial orders and support new clients through onboarding
• Maintain an accurate and well-organised sales pipeline
• Consistently work towards and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the wider sales team and share ideas and best practice

What we’re looking for

• Previous B2B new-business sales experience is essential
• Experience generating opportunities through outbound prospecting
• A track record of managing opportunities through to close
• Confidence presenting or demonstrating products and services online
• Evidence of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• A resilient, proactive and commercially driven approach
• The ability to commute to the Bracknell office during the training period
