About The Role
Our Client is seeking Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team on an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for a permanent role for successful candidates.

The role involves supporting production operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, and contributing to the efficient running of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Maintain production targets while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
• Support the wider production team as required.

About You

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
