About Us:

Hiring Wizard is a recruitment advertising and candidate attraction business founded in 2016. We're a growing business with a track record of doing recruitment differently.

Talent Acquisition Executive - The Role:

This proactive, outbound role is perfect for someone moving from customer service or telephone-based work into talent acquisition. • Build and nurture talent pools and pipelines for future vacancies
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, shortlisting the strongest for the team
• Keep candidate pipelines and our ATS up to date and accurate
• Learn how employer-branded advertising and candidate attraction campaigns are built and run

Talent Acquisition Executive - You:

• At least two years' experience in a customer service or telephone-based role

• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with systems and data
• A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in moving into talent acquisition or recruitment
