Client Details

A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join its People team on an interim basis.

This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse range of business areas and will suit someone who is comfortable operating independently, managing complex employee relations matters and quickly building credibility with stakeholders.

Description

Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across various teams.
Assist with employee relations, including handling queries and resolving issues.
Support the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Manage HR data and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver consistent support.
Respond to ad hoc HR-related queries and provide practical solutions.Profile

A successful Associate HR Business Partner should have:
