What You’ll Earn:

Base Salary: £26,030

Commission: Uncapped – with realistic earnings of:

• Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£50,000
• Year 2 OTE: £50,000+

About the Role

Are you looking for a Customer Service focused Sales role with a difference, offering clear progression pathways and an industry leading onboarding and training experience?

We are recruiting for Sales Executives at all stages in their careers. The day-to-day role involves calling customers who have recently enquired about selling their cars, or answering inbound calls from the same customers. You will run through the condition of the vehicle with the customer, then offer them the best solution for their circumstances (using our network of buyers) and book the car in for collection.

Best of all, we pay our advisors a commission for the vehicles that they book in, meaning that you can significantly increase your monthly earnings, whilst providing a valuable service to our customers.

We offer industry leading onboarding and training. Our training is consistently described as “the best I have ever had” by our new starters, so if you are early in your career you need not worry, because we will train you up to be the best of the best. Our more experienced advisors also love the training, as it is customised and tailored to the individual in question. When your car goes wrong and it’s time to say goodbye, it’s not viable for part-exchange and it just needs to go, what now?..…This is where we step in to provide a seamless solution to the problem sitting on your driveway. We buy cars and we do it in volume…and we do it extremely well!

Calling back our incoming, hot customer leads enquiring for a price, we provide empathy, fact finding with a verbal car appraisal of condition and known mechanical faults (full training given) the system then generates a guide and maximum price and you have autonomy to negotiate to purchase the vehicle and close the deal!

We are growing rapidly and are recruiting for both our Chichester and Portchester offices. We are keen to speak to both experienced and inexperienced people who want to work for a company that really values every individual that works here and just loves paying commission for great performance!

Your Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday rotating shifts:

• Week 1: 08:00–16:30
• Weeks 2 & 3: 09:30–18:00
• Week 4: 11:30–20:00

1 Saturday + 1 Sunday per month, with a half-day Friday after each weekend worked
