Description
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of media campaigns, ensuring they stay on track and on budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and up sell additional services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and expectations.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a campaign.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer informed advice to clients.Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
Experience managing client relationships in the media and agency industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Knowledge of media campaign planning and execution.
Confidence using relevant tools and software for reporting and analysis.Job Offer
Salary of £30,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
