Sales Executive – B2C & International B2B

The B2B side of the position is becoming increasingly important and we expect this area to grow significantly as we expand our distribution across the UK, Europe and USA.

Predominantly an office-based telesales and relationship-management role from our Brentwood clinic, combined with some field sales, clinic visits, exhibitions, meetings and B2B account development.

B2C – Patient Sales

You will work with our existing patient database as well as generating new patient opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Contacting existing and previous 65Beauty patients by telephone, WhatsApp and email.
• Following up patient enquiries and treatment leads.
• Converting consultations and enquiries into appointments and treatment packages.
• Re-engaging patients who have not visited the clinic recently.
• Promoting appropriate treatments, packages, events and special offers.
• Selling and developing our clinic membership programmes.
• Building long-term relationships rather than simply making one-off sales.
• Working closely with the clinical team to understand treatment options and match patients with the appropriate practitioner or consultation.
• Following up leads generated through social media, advertising, website enquiries and promotions.
• Developing new local patient opportunities through networking, partnerships and outreach.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, conversions and follow-up activity.

Our existing clinic offering includes treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP, skin boosters, IV therapies, hair-loss treatments and health services.

B2B – Wholesale & Clinic Sales

A major part of our future growth is our professional wholesale division.

You will be expected to:

• Research and identify potential B2B customers.
• Generate and follow up wholesale enquiriesand manage existing ones.
• Arrange product demonstrations and meetings.
• Develop relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Encourage repeat ordering and increase account value.
• Identify opportunities for clinics to trial additional products.
• Attend selected clinics, exhibitions, conferences or meetings where commercially appropriate.
• Develop UK, European and USA sales opportunities.
• Work with management to identify distributors and larger strategic accounts.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and activity reports.

We are looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys selling, speaking to people and building relationships.

You should ideally have:

• Previous telesales, sales, account management or business-development experience.
• Confidence speaking with both consumers and senior business decision-makers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills and excellent telephone manner.
• The confidence to pick up the phone and generate your own opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of targets.
• The ability to manage a sales pipeline with Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Good written communication skills with A positive, energetic and professional approach.
• Basic CRM/computer literacy.

Aesthetics Experience

Previous knowledge of the aesthetics, beauty, medical or healthcare sector would be extremely useful along with any knowledge of CQC regulations, particularly if you understand injectables, skin boosters, fillers, PRP, IV therapies or professional clinic products.

However, we are happy to train the right person.

You do not need to be medically qualified. Our Clinical and Nursing Directors will provide product and treatment education so that you understand what you are selling and can communicate confidently and appropriately with patients and professional customers.

Targets & Commission

This is a performance-driven role.

Once agreed targets are achieved, you will benefit from a generous uncapped or performance-related bonus/commission structure, giving the right person the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings
