Commercial Manager

A contract opportunity for a Commercial Manager to support post-contract commercial activity on a large facilities management service contract. The role centres on BAU delivery, NEC knowledge and KPI management within a TFM environment.

The Role

As the Commercial Manager, you'll:

Oversee post-contract commercial activity on a large FM service contract.
Manage contract KPIs alongside the wider delivery team.
Support BAU commercial delivery within an NEC contract environment.
Work across TFM services and associated site-based projects. About You

To be successful as the Commercial Manager, you'll have:

Essential: Commercial management experience on a large FM service contract.
Essential: NEC knowledge within a BAU contract environment.
Essential: Facilities management experience.
Ideally, exposure to TFM services and site-based projects. What's in it for You?
