Commercial Plumber

Location: Commercial sites across London

Employment: Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Plumber to work on commercial shop fit-out projects across London. You will install and adapt plumbing systems as retail spaces are refurbished or prepared for new occupiers, working alongside other trades to meet programme deadlines.

Responsibilities

Carry out first and second fix plumbing works on commercial fit-outs.

Install hot and cold water pipework, waste systems, sanitaryware and associated fittings.

Read drawings and specifications to complete installations accurately.

Modify existing services to suit new layouts.

Test installations, identify defects and complete remedial works.

Coordinate with site managers and other trades to keep work progressing safely.

Requirements

Proven plumbing experience on commercial construction or fit-out projects.

Confidence working independently and reading technical drawings.

Experience installing a range of pipework systems and sanitaryware.

Good attention to finish, particularly in customer-facing spaces.

Relevant plumbing qualifications and a valid CSCS card are desirable.
