Job Title: Children's Support Worker
Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire, UK
Salary: £31,273.40 to £34,275 (inclusive of sleep-ins)

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Holbeach. Key Responsibilities:

• Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
• Accompany children to appointments, school, and recreational activities
• Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines
• Support with household tasks and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment
• Complete accurate and clear documentation and reports
• Promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of children and young people

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Motivated, resilient, and adaptable to challenging situations
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including long days (14 hours) and sleep-ins
• Passionate about supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Strong communication and organisational skills
