Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial management in construction projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
